Ertuğrul Bayraktar is a software engineer focused on full-stack development and artificial intelligence. He currently works as a Software Engineer at Turkcell Global Bilgi, contributing to the development and modernization of software applications within the company's Application Development team.

His earlier professional experience includes work in the aviation technology domain at SunExpress and Avsos. These roles introduced him to different engineering environments, ranging from enterprise applications used in airline operations to microservice-based backend systems and distributed software architectures. Across these experiences, his work has covered both frontend and backend development, with an increasing emphasis on backend systems, software architecture, and modern application development.

After completing his undergraduate degree in Software Engineering at Bahçeşehir University, he is set to continue his academic path with an MSc in Computer Engineering at Galatasaray University. Outside engineering, entrepreneurship, financial markets, and competitive sport have also formed part of his background. He founded and managed his own business, has been actively involved in trading and investing in financial markets for around six years, and has competed as a professionally licensed kickboxer.
